World’s Smallest Park, Portland, Oregon

A few years ago, during a short visit to Portland, Oregon, I visited the world’s smallest park.

I did not know about the quirky Mills End Park when I was walking along Taylor Street toward the Waterfront Park Trail. While waiting to cross Naito Parkway, I saw the “park” and took a couple of pictures.

What do you think? Is this really a park?

NOTE: As much as I wish I was compensated by the companies mentioned in this article, I am NOT.
